Take a Sick Day for the Soul

Think back to those childhood days when faking illness was considered an art form used for one very important purpose: to guarantee a great day of sleeping in, watching TV all day long, being pampered and wearing your pajamas to breakfast, lunch AND DINNER. Ahh, the luxury of a (not so) sick day.

PLAY HOOKY

Act like a Kindergartner: Wake up early to watch cartoons; stay in your pajamas all day long; eat cookies for breakfast; have naptime; run around outside; eat peanut butter and jelly for lunch; laugh a lat; make a mess; be completely carefree

Act like a Teenage: Paint your nails bright red; red magazines and take the quizzes; eat chips and drink sodas (not too much!); chat on the phone for hours; ride a roller coaster; watch a scary movie; read trashy novels; don't call you mother; break all the rules.

Act like a Responsible Adult: Balance your checkbook; clean the house; do the laundry; organize the closet; catch up on some reading; buy a gadget for your kitchen; go grocery shopping; eat three well balanced meals; to go be early-HUMMM this one sounds like me EVERYDAY minus the screaming kids!!!
